Shipping & Delivery

SSUK aim to deliver your purchase, regardless of what product it is, within 3-5 days of receiving your order however, occasionally, this may take longer due to stock availability and delivery location. Don’t worry however because if your delivery is going to take more than 3-5 days then we will call you at the earliest opportunity to let you know the re-arranged delivery details and agree a time suitable for you.

We work in tandem with our partners to get your equipment to you in the quickest time possible and take all reasonable steps to ensure your purchases arrive on-time and in great condition. Unlike most companies if goods are delivered to you damaged or faulty we will arrange for them to be picked up and returned to us – meaning less hassle and fuss for you.

Please consider the delivery time for all products from SSUK to be 3-5 days. We will get in touch if we cannot keep to this commitment. While every effort will be made to deliver purchases in one delivery it is possible that if a range of items are ordered from us then the deliveries could be made at different times as our channels of distribution are different for certain categories of products.

We appreciate it very much when our customers get in contact with us and we are especially grateful when our customers call us to inform us of any issues that may prevent normal delivery of their purchases. If, for whatever reason, a delivery may not be possible, or you simply want it delivered at a more convenient date, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us by email or on 0141 810 4111 and we will do our best to oblige.

SSUK offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY across the whole of Scotland (and most of England) so the price you see on our website is the price you pay.

We do offer an Express Delivery service (although a charge may apply) for those times when you need your goods extra-quick – we also take steps to ensure equipment can be delivered in plenty time to be receipted before those end-of-year budgets expire! Please get in touch to find out if Express Delivery is available on your order. 

Privacy & Security

No money transfers are processed by our website so we are 100% secure in that sense. Our system of both Purchase Order Numbers (non-punchout payment) and Punchout (punchout payment) both operate with centrally invoiced payments meaning you couldn’t be safer on our website.

Additionally, your details will be kept secure and not shared with any third party. Where you have indicated in the sign-up process that you wish to receive details on our special offers most suited to you we will occasionally email you with details. You can remove yourself from this list at any time.

In relation to security when delivering your goods: we always require the goods to be signed for and we will never leave, unless by prior arrangement, your goods with anyone other than yourself / your establishment. 

Returns & Replacements

At SSUK we don’t like hassle and fuss any more than you do which is why we offer our no qualms Returns Policy. If your goods are delivered damaged or faulty then we will arrange for them to be picked up and returned to us where we will have them swapped-out for replacements. In some cases loan units are available to tide you over until your original order is resolved.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods we sell we cannot offer a “cooling off period” and products which have been mistakenly ordered will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When an item is on promotion that means that it is at a discounted price for a limited amount of time. If an item has been purchased when it is on promotion you only pay the promotional price.

To view orders log in to your account and click 'my account' then locate 'My Orders' on the account dashboard.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information log in to your account and click 'my account' then locate 'account information' on the account dashboard. Remember to save any changes made to your account information or it will not be recorded
